Annual Fall Camp

When is Fall Camp?

 

Camp Starts Friday, September 18, 2026 @ 7:00 pm 

And Closing is at 11:30 on Sunday, September 20, 2024

Everyone should arrive at Camp between 6:30 and 7:00 pm.    Drop off and pick up at the Ridley parking lot.   Cars that are staying for the weekend should be parked in the Blue Heron parking lot.   Maps will be provided.

What is the Cost
  • Youth – $35
  • Adults – $15

The actual cost per participant is just over $75 for this camp.   24th Kitchener fundraisers subsidize the camp making it a real deal.

About Paying

 There are multiple ways to pay.   With your form of payment please include this info
  • The youth’s name,
  • The event is “Fall Camp”
  • The payment is to go to Group (not your youth’s Section)

The forms of payment include:

  • Cash – bring in an envelope marked with the info
  • Cheque – payable to “Scouts Canada – 24th Kitchener Group” with the info on the memo line
  • e-Transfer – to Pay@24th.ca  with a message that includes the info.
  • SAST – use https://24th.ca/group-committee/sast/pay-with-sast/    Give the following answers to the form:
  • “Scouting Member’s Name” – the youth’s full name
  • “Who is to be paid?” – Group
  • “Event Name” – Camp
  • “Event Location / Particulars” – Blue Springs Scout Reserve

Who Can Come?

 Fall camp is an ALL Section Camp which means it includes Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and any parents who wish to have a great weekend with their youth.

How do we sign up?

Fill out the  Fall Camp Registration Form

Time is required to buy food and arrange for T-shirts, so registration will close Sunday, September 13 at 11:59 pm
