24th Kitchener’s E-mail Distribution List Sign-Up – Draft

Email-Icon copyThanks for coming to sign up for our Email Distribution List.

This process needs to be done once for each member of the 24th Kitchener Group  There is a separate and unique form for each Section and one for Scouters.   The objective is, for each person registered with the 24th Kitchener Group, to have an E-Mail Distribution List Sign-up entry which identifies that person’s collection of people to whom communication is to be sent.

As the person completing the sign-up form, you must be either doing it for yourself as the member, or as the parent / legal guardian of a youth member.  Completing the form makes you it’s owner (primary). There is an opportunity for you to include in the distribution list entry: your youth’s e-mail address if you wish; as well as up to 3 additional adult e-mail addresses.  The others may be other parents, grandparents or guardian etc.

After pressing <Submit> on the form, you will get an e-mail confirming the details of your sign-up.     If you do not, please check your spam folder.   If you still cannot find the confirmation contact Commissioner@24th.ca.

By submitting this form you are giving the 24th Kitchener Scout Group permission to send you email relating to the events and information of our group.  We will use this exclusively for Scouting purposes and will not share or sell this with/to anyone.  These DL’s will also mean that your email address will not be visible to others.
