It’s that time again!  We need your help with our Christmas Tree Sale.

We are looking for a few people to help with setup on

Saturday, November 20th 1PM to 4 PM

Sunday, November 21st 1 PM to 4 PM

Trees arrive Wednesday 24th 7:00 PM (it takes about 1-1/2 hours to unload)

What is a Beaveree all about?   HAVING FUN!
The afternoon begins with a giant Beaver opening ceremony.  Colonies then rotate from game to game for the first part of the afternoon. The next segment is broken into three 15 minute activities – snack, craft and break. This is followed by a sing-along time and a giant Beaver closing ceremony.

Please bring a re-usable water bottle.

If you (Beaver) have a food allergy, please ask your leaders about arrangements for the snack.
This is an outdoor event, so make sure that you dress for the weather.
